Privacy policy

This policy covers Spin Palace Casino at https://spinpalacecasino.co.nz only. It does not cover Fair Go Casino. When you click Play or Sign up, Fair Go’s own privacy notice applies on Fair Go’s systems.

What we collect

This is a static website. We do not run user accounts. We do not run a contact form. If you email webmaster@spinpalacecasino.co.nz, we receive whatever you put in that message (usually a name, email address, and the question). We use it to reply, then keep it only as long as the correspondence is useful for corrections or legal retention.

What we do not collect

Fair Go usernames, passwords, or balances.
Payment card numbers.
A marketing Gmail list. We do not operate a Gmail contact point.

Logs and cookies

Hosting (for example Cloudflare Pages) may store technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and uptime. We do not set advertising cookies from this domain as part of the site’s own code. Third-party fonts loaded from Google Fonts may allow Google to see that a browser requested those files. You can block third-party requests in your browser if you prefer system fonts.

Affiliate clicks

Play and Sign up buttons open Fair Go Casino. Fair Go may set its own cookies and process personal data under its policies. We do not control those cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell mailing lists. We may disclose webmaster correspondence if required by law, or to our hosting/email providers solely to operate the inbox.

Your requests

Email webmaster@spinpalacecasino.co.nz to ask what we hold from your messages, or to ask us to delete a thread that is not needed for a live dispute. We cannot delete data held by Fair Go.
